This policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes: (i) how we may use and disclose information you provide to us and/or the owners of the Properties we manage (“Property Owners”); and (ii) what information we (and/or the Property Owners) may collect when you access and use the Site (and/or an individual Property website) and any of the content or services available on them.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE (OR ANY PROPERTY WEBSITE), SUBSCRIBING TO OUR NEWSLETTERS, MAKING A RESERVATION WITH US, OR STAYING AT A PROPERTY, YOU CONSENT TO THESE TERMS.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy as deemed necessary or appropriate due to changes in our business practices or changes in the law. If you have provided us with your email address, we will attempt to notify you by that address of any material changes to how we use your Personal Information (defined below).
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we define “Personal Information” as your first and last name, your e-mail address, your home or other physical address, including a street name and name of a city or town, your telephone number, your social security number, any payment or financial information, or any other identifier that permits us to contact a natural human person, like you, and/or any information that we maintain that could be used to identify you in combination with any of the identifying information described above.

Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information, which is data we collect automatically about the use of the Site. Information You Give Us: We receive and store any Personal Information you post on or provide through the Site or through any other means, including, without limitation, information you provide to us when you sign up for the Newsletter, reserve lodging through the Site, stay at a Property, or reserve other services at a Property (including spa services), or request information from us regarding any of theabove. You can choose not to provide such Personal Information, in which case you will not be able to access or use portions of the Site or some of their features. We may, but are not obligated to, retain the content of any electronic messages (“emails”) you send or Personal Information you provide by any other means.
We will retain the information you give us for as long as you use any of our services and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically collected information for up to twenty-four (24) months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you would like us to delete the information you have provided to us, please contact us at info@viphgroup.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of this information may be required in order for you to make use of the services available via the Site as well as your subscriptions. If you remove this information, you may no longer be able to use these features.Reservations: If you use the Site to reserve lodging via our booking partner InnQuest Software Corporation and its affiliates (“Booking Company”), additional Privacy Policy and terms will apply. Please be sure to review them on our booking platform. They are also considered a part of this Privacy Policy and are part of your Agreement with us. If you use another online booking website to reserve lodging with us, you do so at your own risk and you should carefully review the privacy policy and terms of any such websites.
Please note that, if you make a reservation via this Site, we may ask you to provide us with your credit card number, expiration date, and authentication codes or related information to complete the reservation. Reservations may be made only by persons over the age of 18.Areas of this Site where visitors can make reservations are run by the Booking Company, which accepts credit cards safely and securely for our guests. The Booking Company protects personal information (at a minimum) to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI DSS”), which is the bankcard industry’s most stringent security standard. The information you provide to us or the Booking Company, such as cardholder name, credit card number, billing address, check routing number, account number, or the like, will be used by us in connection with the Booking Company for the purpose of correctly authorizing your reservation. Any information you provide on or through any such reservation area of the Site is subject to the Booking Company’s privacy policy.
Automated Collection: We automatically receive and store certain types of Personal Information when you visit the Site, such as the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the IP address of the computer you are using and the browser and operating system you are using; the date and time you access the Site; the Internet address of the websites from which you linked to the Site; any search terms you used to find the Site; the device identifiers and mobile and network information,; and your actions on the Site. This information will be treated as Personal Information if we combine or link it to any of the identifying information above. Otherwise, this information constitutes aggregate information.

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from users under the age of 13 or from other websites or services directed at children. Please note that we may be required to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
You may also choose to opt-out of receiving future Newsletters or any other email communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in email communications, or by contacting us via email as provided above.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of any person making a request to opt-out or to delete or modify Personal Information; provided, however, that we will have no liability of any kind resulting from false or erroneous requests or any change or deletion made by us for any reason. We store Personal Information for only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, as we determine is necessary for business records, and as required under applicable law.

The Site may include other features, such as the Join VIP button or interactive mini-programs that run on the Site. Further, we, the Property Owners, and any other providers of services related to the Site are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by User(s) or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Site, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the Site. We, the Property Owners, and any other providers of services related to the Site may cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a User has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
You agree that neither we, the Property Owners, nor any other service provider related to the Site is responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of any lodging arrangements you request or make on the Site which are not processed or accepted for any reason.
By providing your email address to us through the Site, you affirmatively and expressly consent to receiving commercial emails from us. We may send you commercial emails in order to deliver the Newsletter, to provide you with more information about available products you have purchased, and to provide you with updates, special offers, and other information, including but not limited to Site updates.
